Coaches and bench staff are essential to the game and MDRA is dedicated to supporting you and to help make your season a successful one!
MDRA needs coaches for all regional teams from Fun 1 to U19! In order to coach you will need to complete specific NCCP coaching courses by November 30, 2023.
The specific qualifications for each division and level of play can be found at the Ringette Ontario Team Staff Qualification Pathways which also has some important documents and resources to help along the way. If there are resources you need and cannot find let us know and we will try to help.

In consultation with the Ringette Ontario Coaching Committee, for the 2023-2024, Ringette Ontario will permit Managers of U10, B and C level teams to be on the bench for Sanctioned Play, pending completion of the following qualifications:

There are a number of National Coaching Certificate Program (NCCP) courses being offered for free during National Coaches Week. Excellent opportunity for Coaches needing some PD points.
