Refund Policy

MDRA will not provide registration refunds, however:

• MDRA reserves the right to deal with refunds on a case by case basis for players who withdraw for medical reasons or for extenuating circumstances.
• Should the city cancel facility usage, refunded monies will be divided amongst registered players.

To request a refund for extenuating circumstances, please send an email to the President (president@mdra.ca), Registrar (registrar@mdra.ca) and Treasurer (treasurer@mdra.ca) indicating the player's name, player's team/division and reason for refund request.
