This is a friendly reminder that MDRA is still accepting applications for Assistant Coach positions for our U14A, U16A, and U19A teams for the 2026-2027 season.

The application deadline for Assistant Coaches is Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

Our competitive program continues to thrive thanks to the commitment, leadership, and passion of our coaching community. If you are interested in being part of a competitive bench staff and helping support the development of our Hornets athletes, we strongly encourage you to apply.

Coaching Requirements
Applicants should meet the following:
• Previous coaching experience in ringette or a related sport
• Required Ringette Ontario Competitive Coaching qualifications for the level you are applying for (U14A, U16A, U19A)
• Strong leadership, communication, and player-development skills
• A commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and athlete-centered environment

Selection Process
Selected Head Coaches will review all Assistant Coach applications and propose their bench staff in consultation with the Coach Selection Committee.

All applications and discussions remain confidential within the Coach Selection Committee and the MDRA Board.
