ERRA Leadership Camp

We are excited to share that registration is now open for the 2026 Eastern Region Ringette Association (ERRA) Leadership Camp. This off-ice leadership development program is a fantastic opportunity for young athletes across the region to grow, learn, and build confidence both on and off the ice.

About the Camp

The ERRA Leadership Camp is designed for ringette players who want to strengthen their leadership skills and bring those strategies back to their teams. Over the course of the weekend, participants will engage in games, discussions, team-building activities, and leadership-focused sessions aimed at improving communication, cooperation, and team unity.

Participants can expect:

• A full weekend of engaging leadership development
• Off-ice activities and learning sessions
• Team-building challenges
• Opportunities to grow as future leaders within their teams and the broader ringette community

Please dress appropriately for the weather over the camp dates, as many activities take place outdoors.

Who Can Register

Registration is open to:

• ERRA athletes aged 11-18 (2007 - 2014 birth years)
• Past Leadership Camp participants

Fees

• Delegates & Apprentices: $190 (meals included)
• Skill Builders (secondary school age): $95

Please note: Applying as a Skill Builder or Apprentice does not guarantee placement in that specific role, but it does confirm your enrolment in camp.

1. Visit: http://metcalfendistrictringette.rampregistrations.com/
2. Log in to your RAMP account.
3. Select “Camp and Clinic Registration.”
4. Scroll to the bottom and select “Eastern Region Ringette Association Leadership Camp.”
5. Click “Register for Camp and Clinic.”
6. Choose Delegate, Apprentice, or Skill Builder and complete your registration.

Refund Policy (Please Read)

• A 10% administration fee applies to all withdrawals.
• No refunds will be issued within 3 weeks of the start of camp (after May 1, 2026).

We hope many of our MDRA athletes will take advantage of this valuable opportunity to learn, grow, and build leadership skills that will support them both in sport and beyond.
