U14A-U19AA/A Player Intent to Tryout

The Player Intent to Tryout Form for the 2026-27 season is now live.

All athletes wishing to attend U14-U19 AA or A tryouts for 2026-2027 teams MUST complete this form. Please note:

• Only one submission per athlete will be accepted.
• If multiple forms are submitted, only the most recent submission will be considered valid.
• If the form is not submitted by March 16, your child will NOT be eligible to attend AA or A tryouts. There are no exceptions.

As previously shared, Ringette Ontario will use these submitted intent forms to help determine whether MDRA is approved to host the U14A, U16A and U19A teams we are applying for. Completing this form is essential for both athlete eligibility and our association’s competitive planning.

We are still finalizing tryout dates with Eastern Region Ringette Association (ERRA) and will share an update as soon as possible.
